It is the gradual accumulation of technique and skill that makes this program fun and full of variety. Anyone can take part in this program, from fitness enthusiast to compertitive amateur boxer!

AMATEUR BOXING PROGRAM
Robbie Dellapenna guide the each individual through all the skills and conditioning
neccessary for boxers to become "ringworthy" and become a competitive athlete.
The Amateur program is specifically designed to get everyone in the ring sparring.
This program has three main stages: strength and cardiovascular training, technical
interactive developement, and actual contact sparring training.
Everyone is expected to be able to move through all three stages in every class.
Most eager beginners will be in the ring working on actual sparring skills within
