The basx Boxer Fit program incorporates the most effective interval calorie burning system with a great muscle building resistance routine. With the music pumping the instructor guides you through a challenging mix of hitting the bags, running on the treadmill and lifting weights, this program is sure to get you motivated and in great shape!
