In the short time that I have been going there I have already met
and enjoyed so many new people. Everyone tries to make an effort
to get to know your name and help motivate each other. The gym
provides a comfortable atmosphere allowing you to get the best from
you workout. Then their are the instructors, are all very approachable

I think the facility is awesome, and they have all
the right equipment. I always feel like I have done a great workout

there is a group of people doing the same thing and

The cardio training is very important and it's something I really
enjoy. It is hard for me to motivate myself to do cardio - and I
